Si votre chien est gros, il peut être difficile de trouver un taxi ou vtc acceptant votre compagnon.
Pour éviter les déconvenues mieux vaut réserver le transport auprès d’un professionnel qui saura gérer au mieux le bien être de votre animal !
La réglementation autorise les chauffeurs de taxi à refuser les voyageurs avec des animaux, sauf s'il s'agit d'aveugles avec leur chien guide. En réalité, bon nombre de chauffeurs vtc et taxi ne désirent pas transporter nos amis les animaux afin de limiter leur peine en matière de nettoyage de véhicule : les poils de chiens, que c’est dur à nettoyer ! 😊 Qu’en est-il des bus ? Car Jaune n’autorise pas les animaux hors des cages, même en laisse…
Et pourtant, vous avez un Berger Allemand, un Saint-Bernard, un Boxer, Dogue Allemand, Epagneul français, ou tout simplement un adorable chien de rue, et vous avez parfois besoin de vous déplacer avec lui sur des trajets particuliers.

#1. Votre chien est gros ? choisissez un véhicule ayant un grand coffre, sans plage arrière si possible : le confort de votre animal en sera considérablement amélioré, il pourra bouger et ne se sentira pas à l’étroit.
#2. Demandez la mise en place de certains aménagements : couvertures, coussins, et pourquoi pas quelques jouets ! Certaines sociétés de transports aimant les animaux proposent ce type de service afin que le transport de soit un véritable moment de confort et de plaisir pour votre animal.
#3. Et la sécurité ? La loi n’oblige pas les chiens à être en cage dans un véhicule. Il faut néanmoins qu’il y ai un filet de séparation ou que le chien soit attaché grâce à un système adapté.
